Customer websites include analytics and, on eligible plans, call tracking. These tools record aggregate usage and call metadata so we can report on performance. They are never used to build advertising profiles.
Data retention
We retain customer records for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward to satisfy tax and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your inquiry data at any time.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in every message, and you can request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing hello@optiengine.com.
